Our client a leading public sector organisation is looking to recruit a Full-Time Admin Support Worker in Belfast.
Hours: 37 ½ hours per week/ 9-5 and possibly 8-4 on occasion
Pay: £11.11ph
Main Duties
To provide band 3 Admin Support to the Occupational Health
team - diary management, appointment booking, scanning and
uploading to information system, liaising with
patients/managers/HR when required
Qualifications / Experience sought
5 GCSE’s or equivalent (Grades A-C) including English Language or higher educational standard) or equivalent)
OR
2 years administrative/clerical experience.
Experience in Excel, Typing
