Salary: £12.37 per hour
Working days: Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm
Job role: Customer Service Admin Agent
Essential: You will require your own transport due to the location of this role.
Role Overview
- Our client is looking for someone who can join the team for an immediate start for this ongoing temporary assignment.
- Responding to email and telephone enquiries
- Recording and updating of the system accordingly
- Dealing with both inbound and outbound calls from drivers and customers
- Ideally you will have previous experience within the transport industry
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is required.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- You will need to be an organised person for this role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A professional attitude when dealing with both internal and external customers
- Computer literate
