Key Responsibilities:

• Answering the Phone: Be the first point of contact for customers calling into the office
• Welcome clients onsite, there to view products.
• General Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
• Generate Quotes Online for customers.
• Following up on queries on quotes, passing to the sales team to deal with when needed.

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in office software and online tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
