Connect Appointments have immediate starts available for an Administration Assistant to join our client's team in the North of Glasgow!
Schedule: 5 days over 7 (flexibility is required)
Working within an office environment, the successful candidate will ensure the efficient organisation of daily tasks, completing them efficiently. As an Administration Assistant, you will also:
- Communicate with customers, clients and suppliers in person, as well as via phone/email
- Answer queries in a timely manner
- Welcome visitors to site
- Update databases and process invoices, ensuring all information is correct
- Coordinate the logistics of staff members' work trips
The successful Administration Assistant will also have:
- Previous administration experience, however training can be provided
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- The ability to use Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel
