Meraki Talent are delighted to be engaged on the role of Procurement Administrative Assistant for a market leading and well-respected business based in the outskirts of Glasgow. The salary is up to £24,000.The CompanyThis client is a large-scale global firm, who is growing and building their brand in markets throughout the world.You will be involved in the following duties Liaise with third party logistics companies and dealing with import and export documents. Following up on shipments. Raising purchase orders & Issuing all purchase orders to suppliers Set up New Supplier accounts as and when requested. Keep records of stocks inbound & outbound. Preferred Qualifications Computer literate with good experience of Microsoft Office, Email and Internet. Proactive approach to problem solving.
