Pertemps are working with a key client who are looking for an Administration Assistant to join them on an on-going temporary basis. This role has scope to become permanent. The hours will be full time, hours are 09.00am-4.30pm (Monday to Thursday) and 08.30am-4pm on a Friday. This is a good well rounded role where you will be a key member of the team.

Role Responsibilities:

• General administration tasks.
• Process invoices on the accounting system Xero.
• Manage any customer questions and complaints.
• General filing.
• Supporting the team with general administration.
• Ensuring the department fulfils daily and monthly processes.
• Any other adhoc duties.

Candidate Requirements:

• Ability to use various systems and packages.
• Previous experience in an administration post.
• Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong organisation and multitasking skills.
