Administration Assistant

We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant for the NHS based in Broomfield. This is a role to start immediately, and is on an ongoing temporary basis.
NHS experienced is desired.
Main Duties and Responsibilities -
- Liaising with equipment suppliers, contracts and procurement's.
- Writing clear and concise reports, letters and minutes using a good standard of English.
- Managing stock and ordering goods/equipment
- Providing advice and assisting with general enquiries
- General ad hoc duties
Experience required -
- Previous NHS experience
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise a workload and use own initiative
