- Manage viewing and marketing enquiries via email, phone, or in-person, and supervise tasks as directed by the Manager.
- Proactively chase tenant rent arrears and report the status to the Manager.
- Monitor the housekeeper and admin assistant to ensure completion of tasks.
- Assist the Manager during monthly inspections at the properties.
- Support the Manager with building compliance, city council matters, and property-related issues.
- Manage the reception area of Beaumont House from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Support the Manager in preparing tenancy agreements and maintaining accurate tenant records.
- Ensure all moving in documentation is complete and up to date.
- Monitor stock levels of stationery, maintenance, and cleaning products, and place orders as needed.
- Perform all administrative tasks as instructed.
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenant maintenance requests, coordinating with the maintenance team and updating the status of repairs.
- Prepare tenant moving in and moving out packs, and oversee the entire process.
- Carry out monthly room inspections, record damages, and communicate with tenants regarding any issues.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, familiarity with tenancy agreements would be an advantage.
- Competence in handling compliance and safety regulations.
