Are you looking for a new office role? We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join a manufacturing client in Corby.
This Administration Assistant position will be the first point of contact for visitors and will also support all admin duties within the operation.
An insight to this role:
Prepare and maintain office documents, data entry, filing, spreadsheets etc.
Purchase ledger duties.
Answering and directing calls, including answering to those at the visitor's gate.
Greeting visitors, welcoming them, and registering their names.
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience in an Office Administrator or Receptionist role, or similar.
Good communication skills, in person and over the phone.
Good customer service skills.
Experience with Microsoft office, and Sage would be beneficial.
This is an office-based role, Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00, with a 16:30 finish on a Friday.
Salary for this position is 24,500.
