Eastbourne Car Auctions require a Full time Administration Assistant in their Hampden Park Office.
38½ hours per week including Friday evenings. Tasks include data checking and entry, dealing with customers enquires on the telephone, by e-mail and face to face, filing and other general office duties.
The right candidate will be a methodical worker with a keen eye for detail and have a good basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. This role would ideally suit someone looking for their first or second administration role and the right applicant will be confident, enthusiastic and able to work well in an often time pressured environment.
A clean driving licence, an interest in cars, previous office experience and some knowledge of the motor industry would all be an advantage but are not essential.
