We are currently looking to appoint a Administration Assistant within our Estates and Campus Services. This role is to provide a first point of contact for students, staff and visitors, ensuring all Estate Services Helpdesk, Car Parking and Contractor Management queries are resolved by utilising the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) and Bookings software.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Estate Services Teams, assist in the safe management of contractors and be a focal point of communication within Estates and Campus Services and cross the University.
A range of GCSEs, including English Language and Maths (minimum grade C) or appropriate equivalent, or significant experiential learning is essential and the post holder will have experience of providing administrative support to a large multi-disciplinary team. Excellent organisations skills, accuracy and attention to detail are also essential.
