Salary: GBP13,860 per annum (FTE GBP23,100)
Contract: 2 year fixed term contract
Hours: 21 hours per week (0.6 FTE)

About the role
SIA are undertaking a significant Travel Confidence project over the next two years, aiming to provide practical support and training for people with a spinal cord injury, to build their confidence and skills whilst travelling.
This post will work collaboratively with the project lead, advisor and clinical therapists by playing a key role in assisting with the day-to-day management of administrative tasks, i.e. managing a central mailbox, sending key communication, accurately updating our CRM system.
In addition to day-to-day tasks this role will be the key point of contact for our internal staff and external professionals, making effective communication an essential requirement.
Spinal cord injury is life changing, affecting not only the injured person, but all those close to them. This role may involve direct contact with members as we gather case studies, data and lived experience, which will need to handled with care and compassion.
