Working for an international company in High Wycombe, you will join a small team providing logistics and administration support.
Salary £26,000 - £30,000 Monday to Friday 35 hours a week 9am - 5pm, office based.
Duties:
- Preparing all documentation, Sales Contracts, Purchase Contracts, Invoices, etc on SAGE.
- Processing Orders.
- Arranging delivery of ordered goods.
- Obtaining quotes from Freight Forwarding partners for customer shipments.
- Corresponding with customers and suppliers.
- Sending documents to customers by email / courier.
- Preparing and updating all relevant schedules and databases.
- Assisting the Sales Directors with social media/marketing.
- Filing and updating records.
Skills and Experience required:
- Working knowledge Microsoft 365 applications - Excel, Word, Outlook essential
- Well organised and capable of working on multiple activities concurrently.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and quick to learn

- Experience of SAGE Accounting System - desirable
