Role Overview
As an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our clients office through administrative, financial, and managerial tasks. Acting as an ambassador for the company, you'll maintain a professional and helpful attitude, working impartially and confidentially at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, transferring calls, and relaying messages accurately.
- Scheduling meetings, equipment, and staff across various roles and locations.
- Managing operational reports and data input.
- Coordinating post collections, deliveries, and couriers.
- Generating invoices and credit control.
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering stationery.
- Assisting in general office duties to keep the workspace organised.

Working Hours:
