Post 2 - 29.5 hours (Tuesday - Friday inclusive) (£18,736 - £19,049 per annum)
The Neighbourhood Services department is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Administration Assistant Team who are the primary point of contact for all enquiries. You will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries, providing technical data, liaising with operational services, dealing with parking, markets, waste and recycling, street cleansing, fleet, parks, events bookings, taking card payments and working with other service areas such as Finance and Marketing.
We are looking for someone who is committed to delivering excellent customer service and adaptable to work with a range of different people and partners in a fast-paced environment.
