We currently have an excellent opportunity for an efficient and well-organised Administrator to join our reputable manufacturing client on a permanent basis.
Working within the fast paced After Sales Department the successful candidate will be be required to provide administration and reports, cover Engineer timesheet and provide invoicing assistance.
Hybrid working - (two days at home/ three office based) will be offered following successful completion of probation period.
Responsibilities:
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly After Sales reports, to cover:
- Customer outstanding job reports
- Customer service calls opened reports
- Engineer Performance reports
- Customer Performance reports
- Purchasing / Supplier reports
- Subcontractor reports
- Material purchased & consumed reporting for service calls
- Weekly and Monthly customer margin reports for completed jobs
- Assist with engineer van stock cycle counting and stock value checks
- Help with historical data for resource i.e., daily temperature vs. call volume history
- Telephone call analysis for the internal service desk
- Downloading and logging engineer time-sheets through the system
- Cover invoicing duties
- Other Ad-hoc duties as requested
Essential Requirements:
- Proven administration background
- IT skills (Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good time management and prioritisation skills, ability to switch tasks at short notice
- Good working under pressure and to deadlines
- Strong organisational skills
Full training will be provided for the above duties, the role would suit a well organised individual who is willing to learn new skills for this fast paced function.
