Full training will be given on all of these tasks and on-going support from the admin team Hours 8.30 am to 5.00 pm 8.00 am to 4.30 pm alternate weeks - 1 hour lunch break This is a multi-tasking role. Main Duties: Phone and email communication Ordering stationery General filing Placing purchase orders with sub-contractors and suppliers Daily input of all works onto IBMS (inhouse) system Assisting in compiling monthly/quarterly contract reports Update of clients' database Filtering all helpdesk emails to appropriate contracts administrators Processing engineers' timesheets If you are interested, please apply now
