Job Title: Clinic and Office Administrator

We are a thriving medical service provider based in Manchester, UK, specializing in HGV and taxi medicals. Our clinic also offers clinic space for rent. We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Clinic and Office Administrator. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and office. This position requires a highly organized individual with strong administrative skills. The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality is crucial in this role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Reception and Clinic Support:**
- Greet and assist clients at the reception desk.
- Handle payments and booking inquiries.
- Facilitate the efficient running of the clinic.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming clinic environment.
2. **Administrative Tasks:**
- Proficient in Excel to handle invoicing and calculations.
- Assist with business invoices and general day-to-day administration.
- Organize and maintain essential office records.
- Provide general clerical support to staff members
3. **Call Handling:**
- Answer incoming calls, take bookings, and address client queries.
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone.
4. **Clinic Space Management:**
-Assist in showing potential renters around our clinic space.
- Coordinate and manage clinic space bookings.
-Ensuring the clinic space is kept tidy
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology or experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
**Working Hours:**
This role may require flexibility, including occasional weekends and evenings to accommodate clinic schedules.
