Working hours: 36 hours per week
Contract type: Fixed Term until 30th June 2025 (Maternity Cover)

We currently have an exciting vacancy within our team to enable us to continue to build on our success and also bring new experience, knowledge and ideas into the team.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they meet the following key factors for the post in order to be shortlisted for interview. The key factors are:
- Possess good IT skills, and to be able to work across team different mailboxes to complete work
- Possess a good understanding of the concept of positive team working and able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with the teams and partner organisations.
- Possess excellent organisational skills in order to meet tight deadlines.
- To work autonomously across teams and deliver excellent customer service demonstrating flexibility
- To ensure the authorities IT systems are updated as required and all information is validated, and confidentiality is adhered to.
- To have an understanding of the data protection principles and how to apply these principles within work and when handling personal or sensitive data
- To respond efficiently and courteously to telephone and email enquiries ensuring information conveyed is accurate.
