Premiserv is an ISO UKAS Accredited Commercial Cleaning Company based in Greater Manchester.
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for an Administration Officer to join us at our Head office in Northenden (M22).
Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries. Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR and payroll related queries providing accurate and timely resolution.
- Compile and place job advertisements, screen CV’s and schedule interviews when required.
- Produce and issue contracts of employment, new starter packs, DBS, letters to employees.
- Create, up-date and maintain personal and employee records, ensuring data held is accurate and compliant with legislative requirements making sure all paperwork is up to date.
- Assistance in the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy (data entry).
- Holidays and absence management.
- Undertake ad-hoc HR project work when required.
Required qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail.
- First class written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional telephone manner is a must.
- Word, Excel and Outlook are essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, aptitude for helping other people.
- Hard Working - Strong work ethic, prepared to go the extra mile.
Daily shifts: Monday - Part time Friday 09:00 -13:00 // Full time 08:30-17:00.

Pay: £12,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
