Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative functions and operations
- Reception duties- booking in visitors, issuing passes.
- Issuing parking permits
- Assisting with Contractor and landlord at site
- Meeting room setup.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Completing lower level maintenance tasks- E.G- replacing batteries, restocking first aid kits.
Skills:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
