£24,810 – £26,427 per annum
8.30AM – 4.30PM
FULL TIME & PART TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED
About the role
St Elizabeth’s School and College are looking for an organised Administrator to join their friendly team. Working closely with the service leadership you will;
Provide efficient and effective administrative support
Act as first point of contact for incoming queries
Devise and maintain office systems and databases
Co-ordinate, track and monitor learner data across both services
We are looking for someone that has;
- previous experience in an office environment (working within an educational setting would be an advantage!)
- competent user of MS Office packages, with solid data input and manipulation skills
- exceptional attention to detail
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
St Elizabeth’s
Based across 60 acres of beautiful countryside between Harlow and Bishops Stortford, St Elizabeth's is a charity supporting children, young people and adult day clients with epilepsy and other complex medical conditions, the severity of which impacts upon their health, social, behaviour, learning and emotional development. This role will work across our School and College, 3 days in School and 2 days in College. Part-time applications from those looking to job share will be considered.
