ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT COORDINATOR
WIGAN
UP TO £25K PRO RATA
Hours: PART TIME 3 days per week
We are working with this local and successful Wigan based company who have been established for over 20 years. Based within beautiful serviced offices, due to ongoing growth and expansion they are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join them on a part time basis.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Providing high level administrative support to a busy, fast paced team
- Dealing with incoming calls and emails from both new and existing clients
- Updating and maintaining data on various internal systems
- Taking details of client requirements in order to produce quotations
- Following up on quotations and converting
- Liaising with a team of Engineers and Contractors regarding confirmed works
- Following jobs through to completion, logging updates on the system
- Gaining documents from clients to meet audit requirements
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
- Have 2 years administration experience
- Have the ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment
- Ability to liaise with people at all levels
- Be systems savvy
