Temporary Contract Support Administrator - 6-month (temp to perm)
Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm 1 hour lunch
REMOTE working 4 days a week, Wednesday are office based.
Salary: £11.53 per hour

Search Manchester are recruiting for a Contract Support Administrator facilities management company based in Manchester City Centre. My client is looking for an experienced administrator who wants to work in a faced paced environment, initially on a temporary basis but for the right candidate this role could become permanent.
The duties will include:
* Overseeing the invoicing and purchase orders for up to 60 locations.
* Cross matching completed jobs with invoices.
* Identifying anomalies
* Challenging invoices in the appropriate time before they are overdue.
* Producing monthly reports
* Resolving disputes
* Provide general admin support
The right candidate will have:
* Strong administrative skills
* Good attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office
* Be adaptable to different software/systems
