Administration Team Leader

Berry Recruitment are looking for an Administration Team Leader to join one of the UK's leading providers of international freight and transport logistics services based in Nursling.

This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 08.30-17.30 and a salary of 32,000.

You will be overseeing and leading the day to day Administration operation.

Main Duties:

• Oversee the day to day administration
• Daily customer and supplier communication via phone and email
• Preparing pick instructions within the warehouse computer system
• Updating KPI reports
• Prepare paperwork for Export shipments

Full training will be given on all aspects of this role!

Requirements:

• Experience leading a team
• High attention to detail
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
• Ensure data systems are kept up to date to allow accurate and detailed reporting capabilities
