SalaryBerry Recruitment are looking for an Administration Team Leader to join one of the UK's leading providers of international freight and transport logistics services based in Nursling.
This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 08.30-17.30 and a salary of £32,000.
You will be overseeing and leading the day to day Administration operation.
Main Duties:
- Oversee the day to day administration
- Daily customer and supplier communication via phone and email
- Preparing pick instructions within the warehouse computer system
- Updating KPI reports
- Prepare paperwork for Export shipments
Full training will be given on all aspects of this role!
Requirements:
- Experience leading a team
- High attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Ensure data systems are kept up to date to allow accurate and detailed reporting capabilities
