Pertemps have an exciting opportunity for an experienced admin assistant to join our client, a busy distribution company based in East Cowes.
Day to day duties will consist of;
- Answering the telephone, and assisting with general enquiries
- Data Inputting
- Scanning and Filing
- Diary Management
- Liaising with external contacts.
The successful Administrative Assistant will have proven experience within a similar environment and must be confident in dealing with the public. Essentially, we are looking for a team player who is diverse and happy to help.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.
The assignment is initially for 3 months, with the possibility of a permanent position.
