Administrative Assistant
Location: Lydiard Fields, Swindon SN5
Hours: Part time - approx. 15 hours per week
Salary: up to £22,000 pro rata
Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant with strong IT and communication skills?
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join this friendly and proactive St. James’s Place Partner Practice, who specialise in providing bespoke financial advice to meet the needs of Professionals, Private Clients, Business Owners, and Retirees.
You will be part of a great team supporting the Advisers using your administrative expertise.

The Role: Administrative Assistant
- You will deal with a wide variety of administrative tasks supporting your colleagues and clients of the Practice
- Dealing with enquires and correspondence from clients and providers
- Managing the database of clients and diary management for the Partner and Advisors
- You will be processing new business and liaising with SJP admin teams
- Training will be given and there is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge.
The Person: Administrative Assistant
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Proven work experience as an Administrator within an office environment. Financial Services experience is useful but not essential
- Excellent customer service and organisation skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Programs
- It is essential that you are confident in dealing with colleagues, third parties and can work with total discretion.
