Job description
Maintaining administrative procedures. Inform clients about available services and activities. File and retrieve documents from an established filing system & open new files. Receive and relay written and verbal messages. Draft Routine business communications. Produce copies of documents using photocopying, scanning equipment. Prepare documents using various software packages, e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint. Maintain and monitor stock levels of stationery etc. The ability to work as part of a team and be able to work with the associations various clients. An ability to use his/her initiative. .
