SalaryWe have an exciting new opportunity open at our award winning 5 star hotel.
We are looking for someone who can assist with the day to day administration of the hotel. You will be working directly with the General Manager and Finance Manager. You should ideally have experience in working in a hotel environment and be highly organised with a strong office administration background . Daily duties will include, issuing of contracts, maintaining records, assisting head of department with staff records and administration, dealing with suppliers, building spreadsheets and liaising with guests. Candidates must also have a high understanding of GDPR and confidentiality.
The role is part-time, but hours can be flexible over the week.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £13.80 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
