Currently require an Admin assistant in Portsmouth to provide day to day administrative support. Prepare paperwork for contracts and purchase orders etc.
Responsibilities Will include:
Answering telephones
Setting up new customers & suppliers on CRM
Raising contracts
Raising purchase orders
Liaising with customers/suppliers as required
Compiling projects job pack
Compiling site surveys/method statements
Communication with Projects & Transport Staff
Booking Site Surveys
Assisting with enquiries
Forward complaints to management for action
Working as a team member
Time critical requirements
Prioritising workload
Responding to emails
General administrative requirements
