Job Specification:
- Providing comprehensive admin support to various departments within the organisation such as document preparation, filing and data entry.
- Assisting in handling customer inquiries via email and telephone, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Assisting in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels including conducting periodic stock checks and reconciliations.
- Support the co-ordination and execution of Company events, including trade shows, product launches and promotional activities.
- Assist in maintaining a clean organised office environment including ordering office supplies and co-ordinating maintenance as needed.
- Maintaining accurate accurate and up-to-date records in the Company database ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Supporting team members and managers to support various projects and initiatives as required.
Person Specification:
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and courteous demeanour
- Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
