Job description

Our client is one of Europe’s biggest sporting goods wholesalers who are still growing. They are looking to add an Account Manager to their highly successful team.

This is a unique opportunity to join a well established and growing business in a varied role that will provide excellent product training and scope for development.

 Job Specification:

  • Providing comprehensive admin support to various departments within the organisation such as document preparation, filing and data entry.
  • Assisting in handling customer inquiries via email and telephone, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Assisting in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process
  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels including conducting periodic stock checks and reconciliations.
  • Support the co-ordination and execution of Company events, including trade shows, product launches and promotional activities.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean organised office environment including ordering office supplies and co-ordinating maintenance as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate accurate and up-to-date records in the Company database ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Supporting team members and managers to support various projects and initiatives as required.

Person Specification:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and courteous demeanour
  • Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook

Additional Information:

  • £22,000 – £24,000
  • Based in Epsom
  • Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm
  • 20 days of leave plus bank holidays
  • Stakeholder Pension
  • Free Car Parking
