Administrative Assistant (UKOSS)Oxford Population Health (Nuffield Department of Population Health, University of Oxford), Old Road Campus, Headington, Oxford We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join the National Perinatal Epidemiology Unit (NPEU) working on the UK Obstetric Surveillance System (UKOSS) Programme. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the UKOSS Programme Manager to ensure reliable and timely management of study data such as collection, processing, validation and quality assurance. The NPEU is an internationally recognised, multi-disciplinary research unit based within the Nuffield Department of Population Health (NDPH). The Unit undertakes research relating to pregnancy, childbirth and newborn babies. To be considered for this post you will have experience of data entry and management using standard PC application software, organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong IT skills and experience and competence in the use of Microsoft Office packages. The position is part time (60-80% full time equivalent) and fixed term for 2 years in the first instance. The closing date for applications is noon on Friday 23 February 2024.
