We are seeking a hardworking individual who enjoys working independently and who is highly motivated to excel in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting contract managers with procurement
- Assisting with Secondary buying
- Arranging and managing Plant & Skip Hire
- Booking Hotel & Travel for site based staff
- Collating information for Operation & Maintenance Manuals for clients
- Assisting with site Health & Safety admin
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Answering phones.
- PA duties for the management team.
- Assisting with document control.
- Email/document management and various ad-hoc admin tasks for different team members.
- Being first point of contact for all site admin enquiries
- Front desk & reception duties when required (cover)
This is a permanent position working 24hrs – 32hrs a week a week (Mon-Fri) at our head office located in Totton
You must have good administration skills, competent with Excel and experience working in an office environment.
Experience working within the construction sector an advantage.
Broadsword can accommodate flexible working hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
