Your new company is a well-established organisation based in the heart of Swansea. They are currently on the lookout for an Administrative Assistant on a short-term temporary basis.
Your new role
Your new role as Administrative Assistant will see you become a member of a dedicated team. The role is a full-time position, Monday - Friday. Your responsibilities will include inputting information regarding sickness and holidays onto the organisation\'s system, carrying out general admin duties such as filing and keeping records up to date, handling telephone calls, since you will be responsible for manning the sickness call line and communicating with staff members via email.
What you\'ll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an individual who possesses strong administrative skills, is able to communicate effectively and is somebody who can maintain a calm mentality within a high pressured environment where there is a need to meet deadlines.

In return, you will have the opportunity to work within a well-established organisation and showcase your strong administration skills. The role will be a full-time position with the working hours being 8-4 Monday to Thursday and 8-3.30 on Friday. The position is a temporary position which is set to last 1 month, but does have the potential to be extended up to 3 months. You will receive a competitive premium hourly rate of up to £13.
