Salary: £23,131.50 per annum pro rata
Contract/Hours: Permanent – Part-Time -16 hours per week (Monday and Tuesday)
Location: City of Glasgow, Thornliebank (Eastwood)

A bit about the role
Stoneside short breaks is a short-term residential service for people with a variety of learning difficulties and challenging behaviours.
You will be the first point of contact for children, young people, families, and professionals who contact the service, so will need to be approachable, compassionate, and empathetic whether communicating over the phone, by email or in person.
We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide timely, efficient, and effective administrative support across our service.
How you'll help to create brighter futures
- Providing a range of administrative and front of house services utilising organisational policies, procedures and digital systems and providing a professional front of house service to welcome internal and external visitors.
- HR Duties, such as: keeping staff records up to date, from contractual changes, payroll to training records.
- Producing, written and financial reports for management, including formatting of information and data, which is consistent with organisational and regulatory standards.
- Assisting with management of project budgets, work request orders, stationary orders, petty cash handling and reconciliation.
