Admin assistant contract position available for an engineering company in Sunderland. Paying an hourly rate of 12.00 paye.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents.
- Logging of workers timesheets and assisting with payroll
Must have great computer skills including spreadsheets, excel and cost tracking software.
Working standard daytime hours, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
