Administrator – Data Entry
Bicester
3 month contract minimum (37.5 - 40 hours per week)
£10.50 / £11.50 per hour PAYE
We are looking for a Data Entry Administrator on a full-time contract for Three months, likely to be longer. Assisting a busy HR team with a variety of administration tasks and projects. Candidates must be advanced upon excel.
This administration role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, following process and has a good eye for detail.
As Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Support and assist in the administration of HR through Data entry for the HR team.
- Administration of employee information
- Maintain and update HR records
- General typing duties
- Updating of job descriptions and HR templates
- Creating records and entries on CRM system
Administrator requirements:
- Good level of MS office skills with Excel, and word and is competent in using outlook and powerpoint (likely to be tested on excel)
- Good organisational skills of workload
- a level of maturity when dealing with sensitive employee data
- very good attention to detail
- very good keyboard skills
- approachable
- good work ethic and understand the importance of confidentiality
- The ideal candidate would have done a similar role in a HR team or administration capacity
