Administrator / Slough / 14.75ph Umbrella PAYE
A leading manufacturer is looking for an administrator to join their team on a temp-perm basis. The administrator will be working 6 months temporarily, on 14.75ph Umbrella PAYE, working 8-hour days, out of my client's office in Slough. The administrator will be managing invoices, correspondence, records, and databases, as well as tracking stocks of office supplies and placing orders when necessary. The administrator must have proven experience as an office administrator or a similar role, knowledge of MS Office and office management software, and knowledge of AX would be advantageous, as well as AX365.
The successful administrator will be:

• Administrator will be working on a temp-perm basis, working 6 months temporarily before going permanent
• Administrator will be on 14.75ph Umbrella PAYE, working 8-hour days
• Administrator will be working out of my client's office in Slough
• Administrator will be managing invoices, correspondence, records, and databases, as well as tracking stocks of office supplies and placing orders when necessary

To qualify for this position as an administrator you will need:

• Administrator must have proven experience as an office administrator or a similar role
• Administrator must have knowledge of MS Office and office management software
• Administrator with knowledge of AX/AX365 would be advantageous
