Office Administrator

. Raising purchase orders to suppliers and sub-contractors

· Process invoices from sub-contractors

· Chase paperwork from sub-contractors

· Check work sheets

· Scanning onto Optim computer based system and web based systems (Verisae)

. Arrange collections and assist in the daily flow of service paperwork

· Answering the phone and assisting departments with administrative duties

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
