Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, enthusiastic and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our office environment is welcoming, run effectively and will also provide administrative support to ensure a positive experience for all our employees
Duties:
Office
- Coordinating and supporting with all office activities
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Ensuring the offices provide a welcoming space for all employees
- Responsible for all invoices that are linked to the office and managing budgets
- Play a key part in any office changes or refurbishments
- Contact and liaise with any external contractors for any office related works
- Ensure adherence to any office compliance responsibilities (PAT, fire testing)
- Looking at way to ensure we are promoting more sustainable practices within our office.
- Working closely with employees to ensure the best possible experience for all staff
- Any administrative duties related to the office
General Admin
- Ensure all HR documentation is kept up to date
- Data entry on HR system
- Support with recruitment coordination
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational abilities to maintain a tidy workspace
- Familiarity with administrative procedures
