AddressAmour Recruitment is working exclusively for a great company based near Titchfield,Fareham who is seeking experienced Administrators to start work immediately.
This role is initially offered on a 2/3 month temp to perm basis, with a view of a permanent role.
Key responsibilities:
§ Accurately handle and process customer information and documentation in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) and all other data processing legislation.
§ Review compliance of submission before it is passed to funder and take ownership of any remedial fixes to ensure these are rectified in a time manner in line with funder expectations.
§ Liaise with colleagues to rectify any incorrect information and documentation in a timely manner.
§ Build positive working relationships with external partners within the supply chain.
Personal requirements:
§ IT proficient with an advanced understanding of basic office applications, including Microsoft 365.
§ Administration experience is essential
§ Excellent attention to detail.
§ Critical thinker who enjoys solving problems.
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1700.
Salary: £24,000
