We are delighted to be working with a prestigious Consultancy business who are recruiting for an experienced Administrator for their office in South East London.
This is a highly varied role, supporting the Office Manager and working as part of a team providing full administrative support.
Duties will include:
- Organise office meetings and booking of relevant meeting rooms, ensuring rooms are prepped and ready prior to these starting
- Assist with onboarding issuing new starters with keys/fobs, ensuring personnel have a locker, induction tours etc
- Cover for Reception when needed on lunch and annual leave
- Attending team meetings and minute taking where necessary
- Printing and binding documents/contracts
- Preparing presentations
- Book travel and accommodation both nationally and internationally where required
- Order lunches, office stationery, kitchen supplies
Due to the nature of the duties, the role is fully office based and does not offer any remote working.
You will be a highly organised, self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative. Your ability to prioritise and plan, balancing priorities and deadlines.
