We are searching for a suitable candidate to work alongside our team of engineers and technicians to support them with day-to-day administrative duties. Typical tasks and responsibilities include:
- Word Processing / Typing
- Excel Spreadsheets and data entry
- Fielding telephone calls / receiving visitors
- Scanning and filing of documents
- Posting and stock taking
- Document control and monitoring
- Organising meetings and similar personal assistant-related items
The right candidate will have strong IT skills and be energetic and helpful in carrying out duties. The role is likely to develop over time as the candidate takes on additional responsibilities as part of their personal growth and the company. The candidate should have some prior experience in a similar role. Familiarity with our work sector is a bonus.
