A client of ours in the Stirling area is recruiting an Administrator to join their team. This is a 9-month temporary or FTC position working a 37.5 hour week, Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (30-minute lunch) and paying £11.50 - £12.00 per hour depending on experience.
Working within the engineering team your key administration duties include but are not limited to:
Managing large volumes of customer and financial data from CRM, checking and reconcilingAligning customer equipment purchases into the invoicing schedule by calculating and raising credit notes/ invoices for overcharges and shortfallsInvestigating sales quotes, engineering work orders and finance agreementsUploading files to our CRM system from SOP/Sales Launcher systemSending invoices and credit notesGeneral administration dutiesSkills and Experience required to be considered for this Administrator position:
