Administrator required by this top-quality firm of Financial Advisors that provides advice to a highly loyal portfolio of clients. Due to continued recruitment and further investment the local office continues to grow, and they now need a new member of support staff.
Following training you will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of files and records including management of database, reception, diary and travel management, office supplies, banking and mail.
Candidates will have some existing administration experience plus a good education level. You will have excellent communication skills and be happy working in a team environment where you prioritise your own workload.
