What you'll be doing as the service administrator

You'll work in a close-knit team, providing post-sale administration support for a range of cutting-edge products. Responsibilities will include:

• Generating, monitoring and despatching service orders.
• Providing service estimates and quotations.
• Overseeing service and installation documentation.
• Helping to manage lists of scheduled maintenance visits and installations.
• Organising training for service engineers and customers.
• Ordering items for service engineers and keeping an eye on stock levels.
• Answering incoming calls from customers.
• Liaising with customers to manage orders and engineer visits.

What you need to apply for the service administrator position

• Excellent organisational, administration and communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Ideally a C or above GSCE in English.

Hours of work

37.5 hours per week, 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Typically, the start and finish times are 8.30 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm, but there is some flexibility around this.
