- Timesheets
- Checking system prior to submitting digital timesheets, ensuring orders match up to times and dates
- Liaising with the Delivery Team and Admin Team to solve issues
- Contacting clients to ensure timesheets are signed and chase Purchase Orders
- Report in real time on outstanding issues involving timesheets
- General Admin
- Onboarding of rail workers – liaising with Compliance Team to resolve queries
- Supporting online Application Process
- Complete onboarding checks and to ensure system is updated
- Support Admin for Worker Logbooks and compliance checks
- Meetings
- Attend Team Reviews every Monday and Friday
