The company operates in a rapidly growing industry and both manufactures and sells goods across a wide network of partners. Due to an internal promotion the company require a self-motivated, team player to support the sales department with administrative tasks.

Duties will include:

• Sending samples
• Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
• Raising purchase orders
• Expenses
• Supporting the marketing team with mailshots, leaflets etc
• Booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments
• Organising travel arrangements - Flights, taxis, hire vehicles
• Negotiate annually preferential hotel rates (stays and events)
• Postal duties
• Hospitality bookings
• Ordering stationary

The successful candidate:

• PC Literate (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
• An ability to work alone
• Team player
• Strong communication skills
• Adaptable and flexible approach to the role
