Due to an internal promotion the company require a self-motivated, team player to support the sales department with administrative tasks.
Duties will include:
- Sending samples
- Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
- Raising purchase orders
- Expenses
- Supporting the marketing team with mailshots, leaflets etc
- Booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments
- Organising travel arrangements - Flights, taxis, hire vehicles
- Negotiate annually preferential hotel rates (stays and events)
- Postal duties
- Hospitality bookings
- Ordering stationary
The successful candidate:
- PC Literate (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
- An ability to work alone
- Team player
- Strong communication skills
- Adaptable and flexible approach to the role
