This role will involve maintaining an effective line of communication between customers, clients, and colleagues, and is ideal for someone who prides themselves on their interpersonal skills and communication.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for organising members of the field service team to attend site, process paperwork, and provide a high level of customer service to anyone who contacts the business. You will use your best judgement to take initiative when it comes to decision making and will benefit from the role being very varied. This opportunity is a brilliant role for someone with energy, passion, and the drive to succeed.
The right person for the role of Administrator will be someone coming with a background of excellent customer service.
